THE PRICES INCLUDE:

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES:

• Check-in on the day of arrival: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out on the day of departure: by 10:00 AM

DEPOSIT:

• A deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay is required

CHILDREN:

• A child up to 10 years old is considered a child up to the age of 9.99 years, and a child up to 2 years old is considered a child up to the age of 1.99 years.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The guest has the right to cancel the accommodation agreement before the arrival date without providing a reason. The guest is required to send written notice (by email) to the accommodation provider regarding the cancellation. In such a case, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge a cancellation fee, which will be calculated from the paid deposit (approximately 50% of the accommodation price). The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

• 5 weeks or more before the scheduled arrival: 15% of the paid deposit
• 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival: 30% of the paid deposit
• 3 weeks before the scheduled arrival: 40% of the paid deposit
• 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival: 50% of the paid deposit
• 1 week before the scheduled arrival: 100% of the paid deposit
